Sagora Senior Living broke ground on its first retirement community to serve residents in northern California. Situated in Rocklin, the project will include 14 independent living rental cottage homes, 130 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units and 22 memory care apartments.
Located at 1200 Orchid Drive near University Avenue and William Jessup University in the Placer Creek development, the 14-acre campus will be approximately 22 miles from Sacramento, Calif. Construction of the rustic design concept is underway. Amenities will include outdoor walking trails and sidewalks, dog parks and garden beds.
“Sagora Senior Living is honored and excited to expand our family of senior living communities into California. This expansion into the Rocklin area is a testimony to Sagora’s undeniable commitment to placing residents in the most respectable and desirable locations we can offer,” said Sagora Senior Living President Bryan McCaleb, in prepared remarks.
