ROSS Management Appoints Dawn Miller as Marketing VP
Miller has more than 30 years of marketing experience in property management.
Washington—ROSS Management Services announced that Dawn Miller joined the company as vice president of marketing.
Miller brings more than 30 years of property management marketing experience to ROSS, having previously served Lerner Corp.’s residential division. Working as a marketing director, she oversaw Lerner’s development of customized websites for 16 apartment communities, launched a SEO/SEM strategy, and implemented a social media and reputation management program. Prior to this, she held various senior marketing positions with Westminster Management, The Donaldson Group, Dreyfuss Management and Grady Management.
“She brings a tremendous amount of industry expertise, energy and marketing experience to this position, all of which will serve us well as we strengthen our long-time presence in the Washington area and continue to expand in Richmond, Va., and North and South Carolina,” said CEO of ROSS Cos., Dave Miskovich, in prepared remarks.
Miller is a member of the Property Management Association (PMA), the Apartment Office Building Association (AOBA), the Maryland Multi-Housing Association (MMHA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). She served on the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board from 2007 to 2008.
ROSS Management only recently started expanding its geographic reach beyond the Washington metropolitan area, having opened a Richmond office in 2015, where it now manages nine communities totaling more than 1,300 apartments. The company also manages around 1,100 units and 315 units in North and South Carolina, respectively. Recently, ROSS also announced that it has taken over management duties for six multifamily communities, one of which is located in New Jersey.
