Roger B. Kennedy Breaks Ground for New Senior Housing
One of Florida's largest construction companies and family-owned businesses launched a new senior housing project.

Tampa, FL – A new senior housing facility was officially launched in Tampa.
Orlando-based construction manager Roger B. Kennedy, Inc. broke ground for Tampa’s new Haley Park Apartments. The $8.7 million facility was designed by Tampa-based BDG Architects. Developed by NVC Haley Park, Ltd. of Altamonte Springs, Fla., the three-story, 80-unit community at 13045 N. 15th Street will highlight a swimming pool and outdoor gathering areas with benches, a gazebo and a dog park. Construction is scheduled for completion in May 2016. Wendover Housing Partners, LLC, will be operating the community.
