RENTCafé Resident App Available at the App Store

Santa Barbara, Calif.—Yardi Systems Inc. announced today that the RENTCafé Resident application, optimized for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, is available at the Apple App Store.

The free RENTCafé Resident app allows residents to easily, securely, and instantly log in to their resident portal from their mobile device. Users can log in to update their resident profiles, view balances, make online payments and submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos.

RENTCafé Resident adds a new mobile dimension to the RENTCafé platform, joining Apartment Search by RENTCafé and Yardi Leasing Pad™. The Apartment Search by RENTCafé app features sophisticated search capabilities that allow prospects to find available apartments with the apartment and property amenities that meet their needs – all from their mobile device.
