Dubai, UAE—Sales for more than 240 units in the second and third luxury residential towers of Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons were launched in mid-November, at a sales event in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha. The 30- and 35-story buildings are part of the six-tower Dubai Creek Residences cluster, the first phase of the 1,482-acre master plan.
Developed by Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, the Dubai Creek Harbour at The Lagoons is located in central Dubai at the Dubai Creek, adjacent to a 1500-acre mangrove ecosystem known as Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The project is an expansion of the city center, spread over an area larger than Downtown Dubai. It will feature cultural amenities, educational facilities, healthcare centers and a wide range of leisure choices, in addition to a dedicated retail precinct and The Dubai Twin Towers—a mixed-use project billed to be the tallest twin towers in the world.
The new residences are located in the master plan’s Island District, on the northern front lining the waterfront promenade, offering views of the creek and the city skyline. The community features a yacht club and marina, enabling for a luxury harbor lifestyle. It also includes high-end retail as well as several unique food and beverage options in signature restaurants.
Sales for the first 40-story tower launched just two weeks earlier on November 1 and, encouraged by the overwhelming interest from investors, the joint venture started selling out the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units at towers 2 and 3 as well. “We received tremendous response to the first launch, including international investors, who prefer the laidback charm of the development, while being centrally located in the heart of the city,” says Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, says. The homes range in size from 880 to 2,154 square feet and are designed to the highest standards, mostly with families in mind. All units feature premium finishes and superior amenities. The residences are conceptualized to attract ample natural light.
