San Diego—Real Estate Business Services Inc (REBS), a subsidiary of the California Association of REALTORS, has chosen property management software company Point2 to power its Clarus PropertyManager, which provides property management solutions to real estate professionals.
“Property management is a natural service expansion area for REALTORS especially in today’s economy,” Saul Klein, Point2 senior vice president, tells MHN. “Point2’s partnership with REBS will allow California REALTORS and others around the country to access an extremely powerful technology platform that will increase their effectiveness and the level of service provided to their customers.”
The Point2 Property Manager platform will support future development of the Clarus PropertyManager. Users will be able to publish rental listings across Point2’s industry-leading listing syndication network that includes over 70 third-party websites and search engines, with 20 of those featuring rental properties.
“The Clarus PropertyManager platform is highly robust and comprehensive, while offering superior value,” Robert Bailey, REBS chairman and broker for Bailey Properties, said in a statement. “From unit availability search to credit checks and rent payment online and accounting, the platform delivers and with extreme ease of use.”
Clarus PropertyManager will make its debut this month and will be priced at $1.00 per unit per month, with a minimum of $50.00 per month.
