Related California is the developer of the asset and IDS Group is the architect of the 52,407-square-foot community. The project includes a 24,000-square-foot parking garage. This is the firm’s fourth affordable housing project, with completion expected in May 2018.

Located at 335 E. • a barbecue area
  • an on-site leasing office
  • laundry facilities
  • a bike storage room
