Pulte Homes Unveils New Riverview Community
Pulte Homes is planning a grand opening for its newest gated community, Starling Oaks, located in Riverview, Fla.

Developer Pulte Homes is planning the grand opening of Starling Oaks, its newest gated community in Riverview, Fla. The homebuilder will unveil the recently completed, single-story Creekview model home at the event, which is scheduled for Saturday, November 21.
The community located off Boyette and Balm Riverview Roads offers 48 home sites. The property’s location and the network of major arterial highways in the area provide easy access to shopping destinations, a hospital and numerous restaurants, with Riverview High School just across the street.
Units at Starling Oaks range from 2,489 to 4,201 square feet of living area in five different designs: the recently completed Creekview along with the two-story Northridge, Millstone, Seaside, Heatherton models. Up to six bedrooms and garages for up to three vehicles are available for prices ranging from $309,990 to $389,990.
The smallest plan, Creekview, offers four bedrooms, three baths and a flex room. The extended island kitchen serves a café and a huge gathering room. Optional features of the model include a loft and the aforementioned, extended three-car garage. The largest floor plan, Heatherton offers four-to-six bedrooms, three-to-six bathrooms plus a half bath.
