Prescient, a fully integrated Building Information Modeling design and building platform, has completed The Apartment Homes at Kelmscott Park, a luxury community in Lake Forest, Ill. The company worked on the project along with architect Booth Hansen and Focus Construction, the construction arm of Focus Development, the property owner. According to Yardi Matrix data, Northbrook Bank & Trust originated the construction loan of $28 million in 2016.
Located at 145 Morris Lane, just steps from downtown Lake Forest, the three-building community is surrounded by private gardens and parks designed and implemented by Mariani Landscape.
The property encompasses one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from approximately 750 to 1,900 square feet. Each unit features open floor plans and condo-quality finishes such as stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances, 42-foot cabinetry, quartz countertops and islands, wood-look plank flooring, under mount sinks and tile backsplashes. The Apartment Homes at Kelmscott Park is LEED Silver certified and provides an outdoor lounge with grilling stations and fire pit, luxury lounge featuring a caterer’s kitchen, fireplace, conference room and event space, a fitness center and a tech café.
