Toll Brothers Unveils Luxury Condos in Manhattan

Toll Brothers Inc. subsidiary Toll Brothers City Living announced the opening of 100 Barrow, a 33-unit luxury condominium property located in the heart of Manhattan’s historic West Village neighborhood. The company partnered with two architecture firms to develop the building. Barry Rice Architects designed the exterior, while the interiors were delivered by Bernheimer Architecture. 100 Barrow will open its doors to residents this fall.
The 12-story building is located at 100 Barrow St., and offers two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury homes, with prices ranging from $2.9 million to more than $13 million. A three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom residence measures 2,415 square feet.

“The new on-site model at 100 Barrow gives prospective buyers the opportunity to get a sense of its sophisticated residences as well as its distinct setting,” Toll Brothers City Living Division President David Von Spreckelsen said in a prepared statement.
The property is surrounded by green spaces such as Hudson River Park, The Church of St. Luke in the Fields, Barrow Street Garden and James Walker Park, as well as near restaurants, bars, boutiques and retailers. Transportation is facilitated by the neighboring Christopher Street PATH station, the West 4th Street subway stop and the Christopher Street subway stop.
