MCA Secures Houston Memory Care Construction Loan

MCA has secured a $7.1 million loan for the project, which will feature 90 beds and a community center. Guidon Building Solutions will develop the facility in two phases.

Metropolitan Capital Advisors Ltd. has arranged construction financing for a 90-bed assisted living and memory care facility in Houston. MCA Senior Director Kevan McCormack, worked on behalf of an entity sponsored by Casa Solace Memory Care to secure the $7.1 million loan.

Guidon Building Solutions will develop the project in two phases, kicking it off with a 25,600-square-foot construction comprising 36 memory care beds and a community center. Located at 12410 Space Center Blvd., on 5.4 acres, with easy access to Interstate 45 and Route 8, the property is a 30-minute drive from downtown Houston and 2 miles away from Bay Oaks Country Club. Casa Solace Memory Care is near a new 700-home master-planned community by Trendmaker.

MCA has closed more than $13 billion of debt and equity transactions since 1992, including the recent mortgage financing for Hebron 121 Station Apartments in Lewisville, Texas.
