Dallas—Inland Real Estate Acquisitions has announced that it facilitated the purchase of 7900 at Park Central Apartments, a 308-unit property located in Dallas. Matthew Tice, senior vice president of Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. secured the transaction on behalf of a company’s affiliate. At the time of the deal, the property was 95 percent leased.

Located at 7900 Churchill Way, the Class A Property, built in 1998, is situated on more than six acres. The community comprises 14 four-story buildings featuring 99 one-bedroom, 151 two-bedroom and 58 three-bedroom units averaging 1,046 square feet. Property amenities include two parking garages with 600 parking stalls, a clubhouse, two fitness centers, a resort-style swimming pool and business center, among others. 7900 at Park Central Apartments offers convenient access to I-75 and I-635.

“The property’s ideal, central location in Medical City, where more than 1,200 physicians are employed at the full-service adult and pediatric hospitals, emergency rooms, outpatient clinics and diagnostic centers, fills a housing need in a major employment area and made it a very attractive acquisition. Additionally, the city recently announced plans to develop Dallas’ only Costco location across the street from 7900 at Park Central Apartments, providing convenient retail access for residents,” Tice said in prepared remarks.
