Hell’s Kitchen Luxury Condo Building Launches Sales

Xin Development Group is behind the 92-unit property that takes up a full block in Midtown Manhattan.

Xin Development Group International Inc. has started sales at its latest luxury condominium in Midtown Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. Dubbed Bloom on Forty Fifth, the 92-unit property stretches out on a full block on 10th Avenue. Kuafu Properties is the development manager and Compass Development Marketing Group is handling sales.

The eight-story building offers studios to three-bedroom options and features an 8,000-square-foot elevated landscaped green terrace with seating area situated between the north and south residential towers. The courtyard has full-size trees among diverse vegetation and includes skylights that illuminate the lobby underneath. Marvel Architects is in charge of the design.

Bloom on Forty Fifth is located at 615 10th Ave., between West 44th and 45th streets, two blocks from the Hudson River. The site is within walking distance from the 50 Street Subway Station and Times Square.
