Cortland has acquired Echo Lakeside, a recently completed community in Peachtree Corners, Ga. Yardi Matrix identified the seller as Brand Properties. Cortland purchased the property through its Growth and Income fund and immediately rebranded it as Cortland Peachtree Corners.

The asset was completed in April 2019 and encompasses 296 one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 620 to 1,660 square feet. Community amenities include a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, swimming pool, rideshare space and dog park. Two lakes border the property, while additional features include two docks where residents can fish or go kayaking.

Located at 510 Guthridge Court NW., Cortland Peachtree Corners is directly connected through an 11-mile walking trail to Technology Park, a major employment hub. Multiple bus stations and major roads including Peachtree Industrial Boulevard and Route 141 provide easy transportation.

The area is undergoing a revitalization process which resulted in elevated investor interest, especially after the $103 million Peachtree Corners Town Center opened last April.
