Colliers International Expands Multifamily Team

In his role as vice president, Cory Waxman will focus on the acquisition and disposition of multi-housing properties in the East Bay and Silicon Valley.

Redwood City, Calif.—Colliers International has announced the addition of Cory Waxman as vice president of Colliers International’s multifamily team in the Redwood City office. He brings more than 10 years of experience with Marcus & Millichap as a top agent specializing in acquisitions, dispositions and exchanges of investment properties.

During his time at Marcus & Millichap, Waxman launched the Lender’s Asset Group, which focuses on the disposition bank-owned properties across the country. With Colliers, he will focus on the acquisition and disposition of multi-housing properties in the East Bay and Silicon Valley.

Waxman was ranked as the number one REO agent in 2009, as well as Top Deal Marker in 2010, and has received numerous sale recognition awards for outstanding performance from 2009 to 2015. He has established a reputation built on providing an unprecedented level of support and commitment to his clients. Cory completed his dual Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and art history from the University of California, where he graduated Cum Laude.
