Bainbridge Begins Leasing at Coral Springs Community

The Bainbridge Cos. has begun leasing at Bainbridge Coral Springs, a 250-unit community in Coral Springs, Fla. The recently completed resort-style property features floorplans meant to evoke well-known retreats: The Meridian, the Biltmore, The Breakers and The Palms.

Located at 10890 W. Sample Road, the gated property offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments that feature modern kitchens, stainless steel appliances, washers, dryers and hardwood-style flooring. The list of amenities includes walk-in closets with built-in storage systems, a screen patio or balcony and a double vanity option in select units. Boca Raton-based VPA Interior Design oversaw aspects of interior planning at the community.

Bainbridge Coral Springs boasts community amenities such as a swimming pool surrounded by sun decks and cabanas, landscaped courtyard with outdoor kitchen, grills and a fitness center. Additionally, the property features a clubroom with bar area, catering kitchen, cyber café, a gaming area and is adjacent to The Country Club of Coral Springs.

The community provides access to cultural, entertainment and dining options including Park and the Coral Springs Center for the Arts, nearby restaurants Tavolino Della Notté and Runyon’s steakhouse, with close proximity to Coral Springs Elementary School and Coral Springs Middle Schools. The location provides access to major thoroughfares such as Sawgrass Expressway and Florida Turnpike.
