Post Properties Opens Third Community in Houston

Houston—Post Properties opened its newest Texas community in Houston’s Afton Oaks neighborhood. The property marks the company’s third Houston-area development.
The 388-unit Post at Afton Oaks is located at 3131 West Loop South, in close proximity to Highland Village and River Oaks communities, while centrally situated to popular Houston sites including NRG Stadium, Memorial Park and the Houston Galleria.

Residents can choose from one- and two-bedroom floor plan options with rents starting at $1,200. Apartment amenities include gourmet kitchens with custom cabinetry with two color palate options, stainless steel double oven ranges, Whirlpool appliances, wood plank flooring, custom elfa closets, spacious bathrooms with porcelain tile floors, as well as AT&T U-Verse and Comcast Fiber. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, outdoor Loggia area with fireplace, resident lounge, a fitness center of more than 2,000 square-feet equipped with Wellbeats and Precor equipment, pet washing station and concierge package system.
