Pinnacle Taps New England Regional Manager

Stamford, Conn.—National multifamily management company Pinnacle recently hired Justin Gaboury as New England-based regional property manager. Gaboury will be in charge of five properties totaling in excess of 1,000 units. In addition, he will spearhead new business development in the northeast region.

Gaboury’s 17-year professional track record includes management experience in the northeast, including management of luxury high-rises, garden-style communities and lease-up assets. He has recently worked as senior property manager with Greystar and also holds commercial and mixed-use experience.

“Justin’s growth from an onsite to regional management position speaks volumes to his work ethic,” said Gregory Mark, senior vice president of Pinnacle’s East Coast division, in prepared remarks. “He is client-driven, detail-oriented, and resident-focused.”

Dallas-based Pinnacle has a current portfolio of more than 165,000 units under management across 32 states. Apart from its corporate headquarters, the company has offices in more than 20 metro areas over 19 states.
