Pinnacle Lands Management of DFW Community
The 273-unit luxury property, which opened at the end of 2016, features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments across 10 buildings.

Pinnacle has added Villaggio, a newly built, 273-unit apartment community, to the firm’s Texas luxury property management portfolio. Carleton Residential Properties developed and owns the Class A multifamily property, which opened in late 2016. Lincoln Property Co. previously managed the asset, according to Yardi Matrix. As of November 2017, the property was 89.7 percent occupied.
Located at 1701 E. Debbie Lane in Mansfield, the asset is situated within approximately two miles of Texas Route 360 and U.S. Highway 287, enabling convenient access to both Dallas and Fort Worth. The community’s 10 three- and four-story buildings offer residents a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, containing between 690 and 1,322 square feet. Monthly rental rates range from $1,080 to $1,700, according to the property’s website.
Community amenities include a dog park, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a coffee bar and a sand volleyball court. Garages are also available for residents at an additional monthly charge.
