Phoenix Luxury Condo Tower Approaches Full Occupancy
Optima Kierland will welcome its first residents in 2018. The upscale community is situated at the intersection of Scottsdale Road and Kierland Boulevard. Home prices start from $300,000.

The high-rise condominium tower known as Optima Kierland is currently more than 75 percent sold. The community comprises a total of 220 units, with only 55 still available. The company topped out on the upscale condo building in Phoenix earlier this year; the development is a pilot program for the city’s International Green Construction Code, promoting safe and sustainable construction.
Phase I completed

Optima is the community designer, developer and general contractor of the building at 15450 N. Scottsdale Road, on the corner with Kierland Boulevard. The units range from 720 to 4550 square feet in size, with floor plans for one- to five-bedroom units, including penthouse condominiums, and prices starting from $300,000. Amenities include a fitness center of approximately 16,000 square feet, A heated lap pool, steam and sauna rooms, sundecks and a covered outdoor bar. First move-ins are expected in early 2018.
