Persistence Pays Off at Steiner Ranch

It took years of patience and persistence, but Casey Development has broken ground on a luxury 246-unit multifamily project at the Steiner Ranch master-planned community.

“We are thrilled to start construction on Tacara at Steiner Ranch,” said Darren Casey, president of the San Antonio-based developer, in a statement. “This effort has been three years in the making, so we are very excited to finally have the opportunity to execute our vision. We always strive to build a ‘best-in-class’ project and we will work diligently to make sure that Tacara at Steiner Ranch lives up to that billing.

Tacara at Steiner Ranch will be located northwest of downtown Austin between Lake Austin and Lake Travis. Residents will have a choice of 150 one-bedroom units, 80 two-bedroom units and 16 three-bedroom apartments.

Property amenities will include a resort-style infinity-edge pool overlooking Lake Travis, outdoor lounge areas with barbecue grills, coffee bar, business center, fitness center, dog park and gated entry. Units will feature quartz countertops with under-mount sinks, walk-in closets, full-size washers and dryers, and large patios/balconies and direct-access garages in select units.
