Peak Campus to Manage Atlanta Student Community

Atlanta—Peak Campus, a student housing operator, has announced that the company has been selected as property manager of The Renaissance, a 358-bed garden-style student community that serves the students of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Ga.

“Statesboro is an active student housing market that we are excited to welcome to our platform with a well-located student housing offering for the students of Georgia Southern University. We look forward to working with our client to execute their business plan with a team that is committed to bringing a world-class customer experience for our residents,” Bob Clark, CEO at Peak Campus, said in prepared remarks.

Located at 1818 Chandler Road, the property is within walking distance to the campus and offers fully furnished three- and four- bedroom townhomes, in addition to four-bedroom flats with bed-to-bath parity. Property amenities include a yoga studio, clubhouse with game room and a fitness studio, among others.
