Peak Campus Management Tapped to Manage University Station in Cincinnati
Ackerman Group has announced that is has chosen Peak Campus Management as the property manager for the real estate company’s University Station community.

Cincinnati—Ackerman Group has announced that is has chosen Peak Campus Management as the property manager for the real estate company’s University Station community, which will serve the student population at Xavier University in Cincinnati.
“When it came to selecting a property manager for our apartment complex, Peak Campus Management stood out as the clear choice,” says Dobbs Ackermann, CEO of Ackermann Group and lead of the University Station development team. “Their expertise with managing apartment communities will allow us to deliver much more value to residents than simply a shelter.”
The community is currently under construction, with the first phase of development expected to be delivered by next fall. Messer Construction Company is the contractor for the project. When completed, the mixed-use University Station will include 479 beds spread across the community’s 179 units, which includes a mix of one- through five-bedroom floor plans.

University Station’s amenities aim to please the modern college student, boasting a resort-style swimming pool, game room, 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center, sundeck and spa, 24-hour multi-station computer lab, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts and a stadium seated theater. The ground-floor retail space will include restaurants and a book store in addition to the leasing office and parking area.
The community will be located on 15 acres at Montgomery road and Cleneay Avenue next to the Xavier University campus and the site is on a land lease with the university.
