Peak Campus Expands California Management Portfolio
The company has been awarded property management position for Campus Edge, a community serving students at Fresno State University.

Fresno, Calif—Peak Campus, a student housing operator, announced the company has received the management assignment for Campus Edge, a student community serving Fresno State University.
The 416-bed garden-style campus offers 232 one- and two-bedroom units with bed-to-bath parity. The apartments feature fireplaces in select units, private patios or balconies, walk-in closets and upgraded appliances. Property amenities include a renovated clubhouse with a fully-equipped game room, fitness center, business center, resort-style pool with hot tub and sun deck, courtyard with complimentary barbecue area and bike racks. Located at 1577 E. Bulldog Lane, the campus is close to main arteries such as Sierra Freeway and Yosemite Freeway and offers convenient access to retailers like Fashion Fair and River Park Shopping Center.
