Peak Campus Awarded 2 Texas Student Housing Communities

The Reserve Apartments

San Antonio & Houston—Peak Campus announced it has been awarded and assumed property management of The Reserve Apartments, located at 13903 Babcock Road and Warehouse and Factory Apartments at Northgate, located at 418 College Main in San Antonio and College Station, Texas, respectively.

The 249-unit Reserve Apartments offers two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans with private bathrooms, patios and walk-in closets. Residents have access to amenities such as a renovated clubhouse with game rooms and a movie theater; a resort-style pool with a sundeck and hot tubs; outdoor fire pits and grilling stations and sand, volleyball and basketball courts. The apartments are within a few minutes of the University of Texas at San Antonio campus and are set to undergo a $2.7 million renovation in spring 2017.

The 169-unit Warehouse and Factory apartments offer studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans with interior brick walls, stained concrete floors, granite countertops, up to 10-foot ceilings, exposed piping, balconies, washer/dryers and oversized windows. Amenities include two pools with a sun deck and grilling area; a fitness center; a new game room; a clubhouse and an adjacent parking garage. The fully-furnished apartments are located within one mile of Texas A&M and are set to undergo a $1.4 million renovation in spring 2017.
