After recently being named as property manager for Station 42 in Tampa, Fla., Peak Campus has expanded its management portfolio by adding Meadowbrook Gardens, a 210-bed student housing community in Mansfield, Conn.

Serving students at the University of Connecticut, the property is located at 73 Meadowbrook Lane, approximately 7 miles from the campus. Various dining, shopping and entertainment venues including Kohl’s Willimantic, T. J. Maxx, Applebee’s Grill + Bar, Mansfield Athletic Complex and Memorial Park are in close proximity. Additionally, Windham Hospital is nearby.

Meadowbrook Gardens features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with amenities such as granite/quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Wi-Fi, ceramic tiles in bathrooms and washer/dryer. The 86-unit community includes common-area amenities such as a private shuttle service, picnic area, on-site management, individual access entry, center green park and on-site parking.

The student housing community is set to include a second and a third phase. Upon delivery, the property will offer 146 units with a total of 350 beds and additional amenities including a fitness center and a business center.
