Peak Campus Expands Southern Management Portfolio

The owners of Station 42, a 528-bed student housing community in Tampa, Fla., have tapped Peak Campus to manage the property.

Located at 4201 Monticello Gardens Pl, Station 42 offers students convenient access to various dining, shopping and entertainment venues including The Claw at USF, Target, University Plaza, Simmons Park, Pizza Hut and Fowler Fields.

The 132-unit community serves students attending the University of South Florida, situated approximately one-half mile away. Station 42 offers four-bedroom units with private bathrooms, washers and dryers, full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bright white cabinetry. Students can make use of the common-area amenities which include a 24-hour fitness center, media room, 24-hour movie room, resort-style swimming pool and a hot tub.
