Pathfinder Completes Luxury Condos at Sky Las Vegas
The 390,000-square-foot Sky offers 409 units with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. The building is conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip.

After acquiring 64 units within Sky, a 45-story luxury condominium community, back in September 2015, Pathfinder Partners completed two models and unveiled six new floor plans at the location. Klai Juba Architects was the architect for the project.
Luxury condos on the strip
Located at 2700 Las Vegas Blvd., Sky features 390,000 square feet of space. The 409-unit community offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 998 and 1,778 square feet. Property amenities include:

Additionally, Sky Las Vegas is pet friendly and offers a gated dog room. A 24-hour CVS pharmacy and other groceries are also located nearby.
“The Las Vegas real estate market has rebounded strongly but seems nowhere near fully peaking,” Lorne Polger, senior managing director, said in a statement. “With the Las Vegas economy booming, buyers realize condos on the strip will benefit and offer a tremendous value to home buyers and investors. We have been experiencing an increase in sales velocity – entertaining multiple offers a week.”
