With the new Package Concierge mobile app, customers will be notified as soon as the carrier has delivered or retrieved a package to and from the system, and users can now use the barcode feature to retrieve packages and manage account information from their device.
This news comes on the heels of the company’s enhanced offering that allows apartment residents to send and return packages through their system. The company also recorded impressive growth this year, reaching 1 million package transactions without a single service call or package lost and expanding service to 24 states.
