ORIX Real Estate Capital Names Head of Production
Aaron Becker will lead the firm’s origination efforts in senior housing and health care across the U.S.

ORIX Real Estate Capital, the combined entity of Lancaster Pollard, RED Capital Group and Hunt Real Estate Capital, has appointed Aaron Becker as national head of production for the Seniors Housing and Healthcare division.
Based in the Philadelphia office, Becker will lead the firm’s origination efforts in senior housing and health care. In addition, he will manage the East Coast senior living team.
Becker joined Lancaster Pollard in 2011, serving as a senior managing director and regional manager for the Northeast area. Under his leadership, the origination team closed roughly 150 transactions totaling $2.8 billion across the entire capital platform.
Prior to Lancaster Pollard, Becker worked at Sixpoint Partners and held a vice president position in Merrill Lynch’s Healthcare Finance IB Group. During his Merrill Lynch tenure, Becker structured public and private bond financing in excess of $2 billion.
Becker holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
