The Reserve at Creekside, managed by Hawthorne Residential Partners, has introduced a new level of apartment community living in Chattanooga. With its prime location just five minutes to the nearest shopping mall—and its wonderfully attentive staff—this community prides itself on being unique and welcoming.
The Reserve at Creekside management often organizes summer pool parties (with the staff cooking out on the poolside grill), hosts a “Trick or Treat” walk around the community, arranges a best decorated Christmas patio contest, and even surprises the tenants as they head off to work in the morning with a “breakfast to go” gift that includes yogurt, bananas and juice. The staff strives to show all tenants at The Reserve at Creekside just how appreciated they are.
Hollie Baranick, a tour and special project manager for local tourist attraction Ruby Falls, as well as a new mother, has been a resident of the Reserve at Creekside for three years. The main selling point for her and her husband was proximity to her husband’s work. She loves taking Zachary, who is now 18 months old, to the community playground. “I can’t keep Zachary out of the mushroom fountain at the swimming pool,” she says. “He loves it!” Three full-size hammocks offer an inviting way to spend an afternoon lounging poolside. Other community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and spacious clubhouse equipped with a kids play area and business center.
Hollie and her husband love the two-bedroom, two-bath apartment they call home. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room, and the soundproofing is excellent. “If we didn’t have the monitor in the guest bedroom, I would never know Zachary was crying,” says Hollie. “Each apartment has a computer nook, so we are able to set up a desk and have a place to do our bills,” she adds. Hollie is also enthusiastic about the spacious closets and the garden tub.
