Richmond, Va.—Work is underway at Oliver Properties’ $10 million Carytown Crossing development, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reported. The four-building, 50-unit property will be located in Richmond’s Museum District and is slated for completion in May 2017.

Situated at 3500 Kensington Ave., the property has been designed by local architecture firm Commonwealth Architects. Offering seven different floor plans ranging between 614 and 947 square feet, Carytown Crossing will encompass 11 one-bedroom and 39 two-bedroom apartments.

Units at Carytown Crossing will feature hardwood floors and ceramic tile, washer and dryer, designer kitchens, granite countertops, private balconies and patios. The pet-friendly community will offer off-street parking, extensive landscaping and secured building access.

Located just off Interstate 195, the community sits less than 1 mile from the West Cary St. retail corridor and within a 10-minute car ride from downtown Richmond.
