OHT Partners to Break Ground on Austin Community
The 315-unit luxury project is slated for a 2023 delivery.

OHT Partners LLC will soon break ground on the 315-unit Lenox Grand, a luxury community in Austin. The project is scheduled for delivery in 2023.
The team working alongside OHT Partners includes architect Davies Collaborative, civil engineer Pape-Dawson Engineers, MEP Delta Design, CPH Structural Engineering, landscape architect Blu Fish Collaborative and interior designer PPDS.
The community, set to be built on 16.4 acres, will offer a mix of one- to three-bedroom units and eight townhomes. Community amenities are slated to include a shared work studio, two pools, a pickle ball court, a dog park and a walking trail.
Located at 13505 Burnet Rd., the community will provide proximity to big employers such as Apple, Amazon, Facebook, General Motors, 3M, National Instruments, Visa, Cisco, Samsung Semiconductor and many others. The Domain shopping center is some 3 miles southwest, while Q2 Stadium is some 4 miles in the same direction. Several retail and restaurant options will be available within the 66-acre Uptown ATX mixed-use development, under construction nearby.
Active in Texas, OHT Partners has recently broken ground on another luxury community—the 315-unit Lenox Bayside in the Clear Lake suburb of Houston. This project is also slated to come online 2023.
