OHT Partners Break Ground on 1st Phase of Austin Project

The project calls for the development of two communities, slated for completion in 2023 and 2024.

OHT Partners has broken ground on Lennox Woods, a 402-unit luxury community in Austin, Texas. This is the first phase of the development project which will include a second, 348-unit community. Totaling 750 units at full build-out, the project is slated for completion in 2023 and the second phase in 2024.

The development team includes architect Meeks + Partners, civil engineer WGI, MEP Delta Design, CPH Structural Engineering, landscape architect Blu Fish Collaborative and interior designer Wyfinder Real Estate.

The properties are set to be built on a 7.5-acre site. Lennox Woods will include one- and two-bedroom apartments and common-area amenities will feature two swimming pools, pickleball courts, a work studio, a fitness center and a dog park.

Located at 10801 Wayne Riddell Loop, the property is roughly 12 miles from downtown Austin and has access to Monarch Highway. Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park is next to the development site. Dining and retail options are available in the surrounding area, along South Interstate 35 Frontage Road and West Slaughter Lane. Austin-Bergstrom international Airport in 13.5 miles away.

OHT Partners has a 10-year presence in the area’s multifamily market with its development projects. Earlier this year, the company broke ground on another project in Austin, a 315-unit luxury community slated for delivery in 2023.
