New features include a redesigned user interface for greater ease of use, the ability to see live balances and detailed rent charges (including a full-year’s history), easy creation and monitoring of maintenance requests, and access to a real-time community bulletin board for increased social interaction.
The My Resident Network mobile app recently won the 2013 Multi-Housing News Technology Choice Award. This innovative app allows apartment residents to setup a secure mobile account and pay their rent directly from their iOS or Android mobile device. Residents can also view their current monthly statement, make rent payments, see their utility charges, and review other account information.
