NYC-Area Post Acute Care Center Opens
Atrium Post Acute Care of Livingston can accommodate a total of 144 patients. The facility offers therapy and fitness space, as well as a NeuroGym and a mineral wellness spa.
Atrium Health & Senior Living has opened its latest post acute facility in Livingston, N.J. The center has a maximum capacity of 144 patients. Currently under construction, the 151-bed Atrium Senior Living of Livingston will add an assisted living component to the campus.
The property is located at 348 E. Cedar St., adjacent to the Saint Barnabas Medical Center. The residential area offers generous green spaces, such as the South Mountain Reservation and other parks. Downtown Newark is a 17-minute drive of the site.
The patient rooms at Atrium Post Acute Care of Livingston include HD televisions, personal refrigerators, Wi-Fi, air purification and individually controlled heating and cooling systems. The facility provides:

Earlier this month, a New York City-area skilled nursing portfolio received $75 million in financing through HUD’s 232 program. The 561-bed Optima Portfolio comprises three properties.
