NWP released a new platinum standard of integration in electronic data exchange and e-bill capabilities for billing and payments, demonstrating our continued commitment and investment in research and development.
NWP’s EDE platform includes new features to increase the efficiency and integration of resident data and provides the flexibility of over 25 configuration options for data exchange. Interfacing with nine property management systems, these options can be adjusted to optimize recovery, protect risk, and meet customer needs while providing the highest standard in data security and financial controls, meeting PCI Level I and SSAE 16 standards. Just a few areas which have seen improvements and innovations include final bills, resident reinstatements, recovery maximizing tagging options, billing accounts receivable loading into general ledgers, advanced reporting and real-time rent charges on billing date.
NWP’s new EDE platform also provides enhanced e-bill options to help residents and properties “go green” by providing automatic enrollments for residents when they sign their initial lease or during the renewal process. If a property opts for residents to be automatically enrolled for e-bill, they only need to add the resident’s email address in the property management system to initiate their registration. Residents receiving an e-bill can view their charges by clicking the bill image link provided in the email and can remit their payment by clicking the payments link. Property staff can easily monitor enrollments through a monthly report automatically sent from NWP.
