NWP Services Corporation (NWP) and Spherexx.com announced a strategic alliance to provide improved rent yield options and payment services to apartment communities nationwide that will generate increased revenue for property owners and managers.
Costa Mesa, Calif.—NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a provider of utility management, resident and property operation services, and Spherexx.com announced a strategic alliance to provide improved rent yield options and payment services to apartment communities nationwide that will generate increased revenue for property owners and managers.
Through this alliance, Spherexx.com will now offer NWP’s payment services, called Resident ePay. NWP will now offer Spherexx.com’s RentPush.com™, an online, science-driven service that analyzes market data to identify the optimum per unit pricing by unit type, occupancy date and lease term.
These services are available to multifamily companies, regardless of size or choice of property management software.
