NWP Announces ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager Upgrade for Utility Smart

NWP Services Corporation announced their recently upgraded ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager interface.

Costa Mesa, Calif.—NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a provider of utility cost recovery and energy management solutions to the multifamily housing industry, announced their recently upgraded ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager interface. As of July 17, 2013, the EPA completed a major upgrade to their Portfolio Manager website to appeal specifically to multifamily organizations. ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager has added several improvements including advanced sharing and reporting functions, custom tabs for setting goals and tracking projects, performance upgrades and easier data entry using graphics, wizards and prompts.

“Providing an automated, direct interface into ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager is driven by NWP’s deep commitment to our customer’s energy management and regulatory needs,” Ron Reed, president and COO for NWP, says. “Our direct interface minimizes their effort to stay in compliance with ordinances and regulations which require reporting using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager. Our Utility Smart advanced analytics tools provide our customers the opportunity to use this same data to proactively budget, assess and manage energy consumption and efficiencies for their properties.”

NWP continues to be the only multifamily billing services provider listed by ENERGY STAR with direct reporting to ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager, supplying 12 consecutive months of benchmarking data for hundreds of properties.
