North American Properties Completes Luxury TN Property

North American Properties has announced the completion of Emblem, the newest upscale apartment community in Franklin, Tenn. The Cincinnati-based developer has created a four-story, 6.17-acre community that offers 361 one- and two-bedroom floor plans extending from 617 to 1,209 square feet.
The apartment homes offer an array of luxury finishes and features, including open floor plans, 11-foot-high ceilings, chrome fixtures, accented backsplashes, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Among the high-end amenities are a club-caliber fitness center, resort-style pool with outdoor grilling stations and fire pits, social lounge with culinary kitchen, pool table, Internet café, conference room, coffee bar and TVs.
Convenient location
Situated 21 miles south-southwest of Nashville, Franklin has a growing population of about 75,000 and is among the principal cities in the Nashville metropolitan area.
Located on Nichol Mill Lane directly across from the Cool Springs Galleria, Emblem is also just minutes from downtown. Emblem residents will find it quick and convenient to access a wide variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Nearby are such major retail and restaurant destinations as Target, Whole Foods and Bonefish Grill. The community is also close to an array of recreational opportunities, with Crockett Park, Pinkerton Park and the Park at Harlinsdale Farm all located a short drive away.
