New Integra Community Nears Start of Construction

A brand new apartment property is developed by Integra Land Development is underway in the Odessa submarket, north of Tampa.

LandSouth Construction is about to set to work  on Integra Junction, a $28 million apartment community in Odessa, Fla., just 30 miles from Tampa. The Jacksonville-based company is a general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development with more than 12,000 multifamily units completed to date.

The 322-unit garden style property will feature eleven four-story buildings with elevators along with a wide array of features and amenities. Residences will be available in eleven different layouts of 764 to 1,385 square feet, with one, two or three bedrooms and two baths. The selection of amenities will include a separate clubhouse, swimming pool, gym, pool room, tanning salon, media room and a dog park. Residents will also have access to garage, as well as surface parking.

The 15.4-acre building site is located on State Road 54 and Black Lake Road in Odessa, Pasco County, three miles from the Suncoast Parkway interchange. The area features a variety of new shopping and  dining destinations and is also rich in recreational and entertainment venues

Integra Land Development of Lake Mary, Fla. is the property’s developer, while Charlan Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla. is the architect. The project is scheduled for completion in March 2017.
