New Georgia Community Approved for Construction
Four Corners Development LLC has partnered with IDP Housing to develop the 88-unit property.

Atlanta—Four Corners Development LLC, a partnership of four individuals, has announced the company’s newest development, named Freedom Heights, an 88-unit apartment community that will be located in Valdosta, Ga. The firm has joined hands with IDP Housing on the multi-housing project, which will be managed by Triumph Management Group LLC.
The new development will include 12 one-, 52 two- and 24 three-bedroom units with washer/dryer appliances. Community amenities will include a fitness center, playground and a garden. The property close to Moody Air Force Base is expected to provide qualified military families housing.
Valdosta has been named one of the America’s Six Friendliest Cities by Rand McNally and USA Today’s Best of the Road contest in 2011.
