Monument Real Estate Services Expands with New Apartment Management Assignments

Monument Real Estate Services’ portfolio surpassed 3,800 units in the Lone Star State with the addition of Terraces on the Parkway and Courtyards on Glenview.

DallasMonument Real Estate Services, a Miami-based property management company, recently announced that the firm was appointed to manage two apartment communities in Texas, Terraces on the Parkway, a 296-unit community in Grand Prairie, and Courtyards on Glenview, a 241-unit community in Fort Worth.

Located at 1109 N. Carrier Parkway, Terraces on the Parkway offers garden-style apartment homes with studio as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, while Courtyards on Glenview at 4401 Glenview Court offers one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Interior amenities for both communities include faux wood plank flooring, gourmet kitchens, granite-like countertops with washer and dryer units. Both properties also feature a fitness center, swimming pool and playground, as well as custom outdoor kitchens with barbecue grills. Terraces on the Parkway also has its own business center.

Terraces on the Parkway and Courtyards on Glenview are now part of a portfolio of approximately 3,800 units across 14 properties that the company manages in the Lone Star State. Monument Real Estate Services oversees approximately 12,000 units the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions of the country. The portfolio also includes properties owned by its sister company Monument Capital Management.

“Terraces on the Parkway and Courtyards on Glenview are welcome additions to our growing portfolio and we seek to further expand in the state for both management assignments as well as acquisitions for our sister company, Monument Capital Management,” Stuart Zook, president of Monument Real Estate Services, said in prepared remarks.

Monument Real Estate Services is an asset and property manager and value-add company that directs a full suite of services in the multifamily markets nationwide, while Monument Capital Management executes transactions on behalf of the investment funds it directs.
