Monument Real Estate Services Appoints Gregory Lozinak as COO
Gregory Lozinak will be responsible for overseeing MRES’ 12,000-unit multifamily portfolio across the U.S.
Miami—Monument Real Estate Services (MRES) recently announced that industry veteran Gregory Lozinak has joined its ranks as chief operating officer.
Lozinak will be responsible for overseeing the company’s portfolio of more than 12,000 units across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, Southwest and Southeast regions of the U.S. Having over 20 years of real estate management and investment experience, the new COO will also overlook MRES’ daily operations, organizing and infrastructure.
Before joining MRES, Lozinak acted as division president of Invitation Homes, where he was in charge of operations and finances of a portfolio encompassing 8,000 multi-housing units throughout Chicago, Minneapolis, and North Carolina. His previous track record includes top positions with ING Clarion Partners and Archstone, as well as the handling of a national 20,000-unit portfolio for Waterton Residential.
In a prepared statement, Stuart Zook, the president of MRES, said: “We welcome Greg as the chief operating officer of Monument Real Estate Services as we continue to expand our property management portfolio across the country … His expertise is certain to complement our track record for delivering quality living environments and operational excellence in the multifamily communities we serve.”
Lozinak served six years as an officer in the U.S. Army. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Saint Bonaventure University of Allegany, N.Y.
