MNS Begins Sales of Williamsburg Townhomes

New York— MNS, a real estate brokerage firm specializing in New York City residential properties, was named the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the Williamsburg Townhomes by developer, Magnum Real Estate Group.

Located at 131-153 N. Third St., the development includes 12 luxury townhomes, each four-stories, with private outdoor space in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

“This is great townhouse living in very spacious three bedrooms in a location that has grown quite a bit and become family oriented, so there’s a tremendous amount of demand from young families and families just starting,” Andrew Barrocas, MNS’ CEO tells MHN. “It combines luxury living with a townhouse feel. It very much appeals to professionals in the area who are looking for more space.”

The homes were designed by RKT&B Architects and Planners, and feature spacious layouts of 1,892 square feet of interior space with an additional 957 square feet of exterior space.

Homes offer floor-to-ceiling windows, 9-foot ceilings, white oak flooring and a washer and dryer. Kitchens include Miele appliances, custom self-closing cabinetry and Ceasarstone countertops, while living rooms include limestone-clad, gas fireplaces and overlook the private backyard.

According to Barrocas, Magnum wanted to create a place in Williamsburg that combined high-end finishes, quality design and an array of amenities.

“There’s very few luxury townhomes in the area and nothing available,” he says. “The only other option is more East Williamsburg, where you would have to buy an older vinyl-siding house and put a significant amount of money into renovating.”

Residents of the Williamsburg Townhomes can also utilize Williamsburg Social, an adjoining luxury rental development also owned by Magnum Real Estate Group, which includes two outdoor landscaped courtyards; two roof decks with chaise lounges, tables and grills; a 3,000 square-foot resident lounge complete with two conference rooms, a billiards table, a kitchen and bar and two TV/screening areas; and bike storage is available for rent.

The Williamsburg Townhomes are surrounded by some of the area’s top attractions such as Nitehawk Cinema, Brooklyn Bowl, Music Hall of Williamsburg, Brooklyn Brewery, Wythe Hotel, SoulCycle, East River State Park and McCarren Park, HSBC, Duane Reade and a future Whole Foods. The Bedford Avenue L train station and the East River Ferry are located several blocks away.

“This is prime real estate in Williamsburg and is extremely coveted,” Barrocas says. “It’s a great investment. We foresee the values increasing in the area as property values increase across New York.”

Prices for the Williamsburg Townhomes start at $2.38 million.
