Mission Rock Residential has been assigned a new leasing deal for luxury townhouses in Phoenix. Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments has selected the company to manage its 296-unit Ironwood at Happy Valley property.

Hamilton Zanze recently purchased the community, formerly known as Springs at Deer Valley, in March of this year. It was acquired for $90 million, according to Yardi Matrix data. At the time of the sale the purchase marked the firm’s seventh in Arizona.

The Ironwood at Happy Valley was completed in 2021 and is comprised of 12 two-story buildings. Studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the community range from 550 square feet to 1,450 square feet. The project is 93 percent occupied.
