Atlanta—Denver-based Mission Rock Residential LLC recently undertook management of a multifamily community in Atlanta, expanding the company’s reach in the state of Georgia. This marks Mission Rock’s first property in Atlanta, falling in line with the firm’s strategy to branch out to the Southeast and establish its presence in a new, booming market.
Located at 100 Pinhurst Drive, in the rising Vinings neighborhood, The Residences at Vinings Mountain Apartments comprises 680 units with six unique floor plans, including one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Each unit features washer/dryer systems, built-in wet bar, extra-large closets and fully-equipped kitchens. Property amenities include a fitness and business center, clubhouse, tennis court, swimming pool and spa as well as 250 parking spaces. The Residences at Vinings Mountain Apartments has a 24-hour response to maintenance calls policy, 30-day move-in satisfaction guarantee and a possibility to purchase a low-cost renter’s insurance plan.
Mission Rock Residential now manages 103 multifamily properties across the U.S, adding up to more than 21,000 units. With a regional office in Phoenix, the firm’s current employees equate to more than 550 workers.
