Millbrook Realty Capital Adds New Managing Director

Uanderson Benedetti, Millbrook Realty Capital

Millbrook Realty Capital, a direct, private lender which specializes in commercial real estate bridge loans, has selected Uanderson Benedetti as its newest managing director. His responsibilities will include leading the company’s lending activities, with a focus on originating short-term bridge loans on multifamily properties, mixed-use buildings, condominiums and hotels across the country.

“Uanderson is a proven talent with a track record of fueling the growth of commercial real estate lending platforms,” Millbrook Realty Capital Managing Principals Charles and Marc Yassky said in a prepared statement.

Benedetti previously worked as head of originators at Fort Amsterdam Capital and, from 2014 to 2015, as managing director at JCL Partners. Between 2007 and 2015, he served as senior project executive at MUEngineering, where he contributed to the development of more than 1 million square feet of commercial real estate space across New York City. Benedetti also held a project manager position within RCDolner. He holds a B.S. in civil engineering from Manhattan College.
