Mill Creek Joins Dallas’ Gold Coast
Mill Creek Residential announced that through a joint venture with Elite International Investment Fund, it has broken ground on Modera Turtle Creek.
Dallas—Multifamily investor Mill Creek Residential announced a joint venture with Elite international Investment Fund has allowed them to break ground on Modera Turtle Creek, a mixed-used community in Dallas.
The property will add 207 upscale apartments to one of the more prestigious neighborhoods in the city, Turtle Creek. The six-story structure will feature three levels of parking and is being built on the corner of Cedar Springs Road and Welborn Street The vacant lot was purchased from Oak Lawn United Methodist Church.
Modera will offer residents an urban lifestyle in one of the city’s most desirable locales, nightlife-centric Downtown Dallas. Preston Center, Rosewood Mansion and Warwick Hotel are some of the nearby iconic attractions.
Often referred to as “Dallas’ Gold Coast” due to its modern architecture, magnificent views and luxurious high-rises, the area is situated between Uptown to the east and south and the Design and Medical Districts to the west. Two of the city’s most prominent thoroughfares, Dallas North Tollway and Oak Lawn Avenue, are only a block away from the community and provide access to employment opportunities across the metropolis.
Among the notable community amenities will be a resort-style pool with tanning edge, an outdoor lounge and cooking area with gas grills, a fitness center, controlled-access parking and entry, private individual storage and Wi-Fi connectivity in common areas. Amenities inside the residents’ studio, one-, or two-bedroom apartments include 42-inch cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood-plank flooring and a custom light package, among additional inclusions.
