The 310-unit property was developed  by A & R Kalimian Realty and opened in May 2010. Handle Architects designed the glass and steel tower, which features a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenity spaces include a garden with reflection pool, a fitness center with yoga room, an indoor/outdoor children’s play area, an outdoor lounge and catering space, and two sound-proof recording rooms with baby grand pianos.
